Your 12-Month Care Warranty

Thank you for choosing Goldie Aberdeen.

We are pleased to offer a 12-month care warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal wear.

What's Covered

✓ Loose stone settings caused by manufacturing defects.

✓ Faulty clasps, jump rings or findings due to workmanship.

✓ Structural issues resulting from manufacturing defects.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, tarnishing or plating wear.

• Damage caused by accidental impact, dropping, pulling, bending or misuse.

• Loss of stones due to accidental damage or everyday wear.

• Broken chains caused by excessive force.

• Damage caused by perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, water, swimming pools or cleaning products.

• Natural characteristics of pearls and gemstones, including slight variations in colour, shape and surface.

• Repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than Goldie Aberdeen.

Stone Replacement

Pavé-set stones and small cubic zirconia are delicate by nature. Stone loss may occur with everyday wear or accidental impact and is not always considered a manufacturing defect. All warranty claims will be assessed by Goldie Aberdeen. Where the damage is not covered under warranty, repairs can be carried out for a reasonable charge. 

All warranty claims will be assessed by Goldie Aberdeen. The decision as to whether a repair is covered under this warranty will be based on our inspection of the jewellery. 

Jewellery Care

• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and household chemicals.

• Store jewellery separately in a soft pouch or jewellery box.

• Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth after wearing.
