HOW IT WORKS

1. Get in Touch
Send us an email or message on WhatsApp to let us know what you’d like to customize — a necklace, earrings, or a bracelet? 

2. We’ll Reach Out
We’ll contact you shortly to discuss your preferred design, size, and materials. Feel free to send us a photo or a drawing of what you have in mind!

3. Receive a Quote
We’ll provide a personalized quote based on your choices.

4. We Begin Crafting
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll start making your piece in our studio in Scotland. We’ll send you a photo of the finished item before shipping so you can request any final adjustments. Production usually takes 1–2 weeks.

5. Delivery or Pickup
When you're happy with the final piece, we’ll ship it to you — or if you prefer, you’re welcome to pick it up in person in Cults, Aberdeen.
