Please ensure that the product retains its original condition with all accompanying packaging and tags intact. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Policy:

  • Time frame: You can request a return within 30 days after receiving our product.

  • Eligibility: The item must be in its original condition with accompanying tags and original package. Proof of purchase is required for facilitating the return.

  • Initiating a Return: Contact us at info@goldieaberdeen.com. Returns without prior notice won't be accepted.

  • Earrings: Earrings are non-returnable unless there's a defect.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspection: Please examine your order upon arrival. Notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and allow us to address the issue promptly.

    Refunds:

    • Notification: We'll notify you once the refund is approved.

    • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method automatically within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may have their own processing times.

    This Guarantee gives you specific rights. It is offered as an additional benefit to your rights and remedies under law, which may vary from country to country, and nothing in this Guarantee will replace or lessen your legal rights and remedies. You can find out about your legal rights and remedies by contacting your local consumer advice service.

    In particular, the Goldie Aberdeen has a legal duty to supply products that conform to the contract made with you.

    Products sold by the Goldie Aberdeen include a guarantee for Products that are faulty or not as described during the periods set out below for various Product types:

    One years from the original date of purchase for silver jewellery, 9K/14K/18K gold jewellery, 18K gold plated jewellery, and for gold and silver jewellery in the Moissanite Diamonds by Goldie Aberdeen range. 

    This means you can request a repair or replacement free of charge if the Products turn out to be faulty or not as described during this period.We will repair your Product or replace it with a Product of identical or similar characteristics, except as set out below. We may at our own discretion replace your Product under this Guarantee whether or not a repair of your original Product is possible. If we choose instead to repair your Product, we may do so with new or refurbished components.

    You may instead request a refund or price reduction if the Product cannot be repaired or replaced at all or within a reasonable time or without inconvenience, or the cost of repair or replacement is disproportionate to the value. Refunds, if authorised, will usually be made using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

    Please retain your Order Receipt Confirmation or, where applicable, pass it to a gift recipient as the original proof of purchase is the warranty under which this Guarantee operates. If the Order Receipt Confirmation is not available, a bank statement showing the relevant transaction will suffice. This does not affect your rights in law as a consumer.

    This Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, mishandling, improper use (such as knocks, dents, crushing etc.). Repairs (or attempted repairs) to Products other than by Goldie Aberdeen will void this Guarantee whether or not damage has been caused by such repair or attempted repair. Wearing counterfeit charms, charms from incompatible Goldie Aberdeen collections or charms by other brands on your Goldie Aberdeen bracelet could damage the unique threading system and if such damage is caused, it will not be covered by this Guarantee.

    If your Product is repaired or replaced by Goldie Aberdeen under this Guarantee, the new Product will benefit from the remainder of the term of this Guarantee (calculated from the date of the original purchase of the Product). The period of this Guarantee shall not be extended whether or not your Product is repaired or replaced.

    GIFT PACKAGING

    All our jewellery comes in gift packaging.  This is either a branded box or organic cotton pouch depending on the item and our stock levels of each.  You will also receive a jewellery care info card.


    Your order will be beautifully presented in eco-friendly packaging, suitable for sending directly to the recipient.

    Our shipping policy offers standard UK shipping at £3.95, with free shipping for orders over £50.
    All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail 48 hours Tracked Services.Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

    How do I track of my order?

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@goldieaberdeen.com with your name and order number. We will follow up accordingly.
